What targets are measured?
SARS-CoV-2: Nucleocapsid gene (N) and Polymerase gene (ORF-1)
Flu A: Matrix protein gene (M)
Flu B: Non-structural 2 gene (NS2)
RSV A and RSV B: Nucleocapsid gene (N)
What internal control is used?
RNAse P (RPP30) gene which confirms the presence of human material and acts an extraction control.
