The GT-Digital TB Wastewater Surveillance Assay v1.0 for the QIAGEN QIAcuity® Digital PCR System comprises a molecular reagent kit containing all primers, probes, and controls required for the wastewater surveillance and quantification of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis Complex (MTBC), including Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb). This kit can be optionally multiplexed with the GT-Digital C. auris;C. jejuni Assay Kit for the QIAcuity® Digital PCR System v1.1 – BETA (Cat# 100529-1.1) for the additional detection and quantification of C. auris and C. jejuni (the C. jejuni assay is known to also recognize Campylobacter coli). The use of these kits in conjunction with the QIAGEN QIAcuity® instrument allows users to monitor TB, C. auris, and C. jejuni levels in wastewater.  Contains enough material for 200 reactions.
