200 Tests - (SKU#100242 - BETA) The GT dPCR BA.1 and BA.2 Discrimination Assay Kit for the Bio-Rad QX200 ddPCR™ Platform-BETA is a molecular reagent kit containing all primers, probes, and controls for detection of SARS-CoV-2 S-gene mutations associated with the BA.1 and BA.2 subvariants of the Omicron variant. While this test does not quantify every mutation present amongst the lineages, it targets key discriminating mutations associated with the BA.1 (A67V;del69-70) and BA.2 (R408S) variants. The kit includes one all-in-one primer probe solution and qualitative control sequences derived from GISAID accession numbers corresponding to the S-gene sequences of Parental, BA.1 and BA.2 variants.
