The GT-Digital™ BCR-ABL Fusion Detection Panel for the QIAcuity® Digital PCR System is a Research-Use Only (RUO), patent-pending molecular reagent kit containing all primers, probes, and controls for the detection and quantification of human RNA with BCR-ABL translocations (Major (e13a2, e13a3, e14a2, e14a3), Minor (e1a2, e1a3), Micro (e19a2, e19a3), and Nano (e6a2, e6a3)). This multi-target kit contains one assay solution, one ABL1 positive control, and a positive control for each fusion type (e14a2, e1a2, e19a2, and e6a2). The qualitative controls are intended for assessing assay performance and not for measuring or quantifying results. Users can determine the presence of these fusions in RNA extracted from blood or bone marrow samples in a one-step reaction on the QIAcuity® Digital PCR System. Recommended analysis parameters are included within. Contains enough material for 50 reactions.
