The GT-Digital ESR1 Mutation Panel for the Absolute Q™ Digital PCR System is a Research-Use Only (RUO), patent-pending molecular reagent kit containing all primers, probes, and controls for the detection and quantification of common mutations found in the human ESR1 gene. This multi-target kit contains two assay solutions and two qualitative controls. Assay Solution A targets ESR1 D538G in FAM, Y537C/S/N/D in HEX, L536H/R/P in Cy5, and wild-type (WT) ESR1 in ABY. Assay Solution B targets ESR1 E380Q in FAM, V422del in HEX, S463P in Cy5, and WT ESR1 in ABY. A 10% mixed mutant (MT) control and wild-type (WT) qualitative control are included in the kit.
