The GT-Digital Arbovirus Surveillance Panel v1.0 for the QIAGEN QIAcuity® Digital PCR System comprises a molecular reagent kit containing all primers, probes, and controls required for the surveillance and quantification of West Nile virus (WNV), dengue virus (DENV), and Zika virus (ZIKV). The (Cat# 101080) GT-Digital Chikungunya Surveillance Assay kit v1.0 can be used as an optional multiplexed add-on to allow for surveillance and quantification of Chikungunya virus (CHIKV).

The use of these kits in conjunction with the QIAGEN QIAcuity® instrument allows users to monitor arbovirus levels in wastewater and other sample types of interest.
