Additionally, this assay can be used as an optional add-on to allow for surveillance and quantification of Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) multiplexed with the (Cat# 101075) GT-Digital Arbovirus Surveillance Panel v1.0 for the QIAGEN QIAcuity® Digital PCR System which comprises a molecular reagent kit containing all primers, probes, and controls required for the surveillance and quantification of West Nile virus (WNV), dengue virus (DENV), and Zika virus (ZIKV).

The use of these kits in conjunction with the QIAGEN QIAcuity® instrument allows users to monitor arbovirus levels in wastewater and other sample types of interest.
