The GT-Digital™ HepA Wastewater Surveillance Assay v1.0 for the QIAGEN® QIAcuity® Digital PCR System comprises a molecular reagent kit containing all primers, probes, and controls required for the wastewater surveillance and quantification of hepatitis A (HepA). The use of these kits in conjunction with the QIAGEN® QIAcuity® instrument allows users to monitor HepA levels in wastewater. Validated for use with wastewater and while not validated for use with other kits, this assay uses the ROX channel, allowing for potential multiplexing with other GT Molecular Assay for the kits QIAGEN QIAcuity® instrument where this channel available.*DISCLAIMER!
