The GT-Digital MeV WT Cy5 Wastewater Surveillance Assay v1.0 for the QIAGEN QIAcuity® Digital PCR System comprises a molecular reagent kit containing all primers, probes, and controls required for the wastewater surveillance and quantification of wild-type Measles Virus (MeV). This kit provides an add-on to the GT-Digital NVO; Mpox Assay Kit for the QIAGEN QIAcuity® Digital PCR System (Cat#100459) and the GT-Digital HIV Wastewater Surveillance Assay (Cat#100870) used for the detection and quantification of NVO, mpox clade II, HIV-1, and HIV-2, respectively. The use of these kits in conjunction with the QIAGEN QIAcuity® instrument allows users to monitor MeV, HIV-1, HIV-2, NVO, and Mpox clade II levels in wastewater. Contains enough material for 200 reactions.
