The GT-Digital™ Microbially Influenced Corrosion Panel v1.0 for the QIAcuity® Digital PCR System is a molecular reagent kit containing primers, probes, and controls for the detection of key microbial organisms involved in microbially influenced corrosion (MIC). The enclosed panel targets sulfate reducing prokaryotes (SRP), highly corrosive methanogens (micH), sulfur oxidizing bacteria (SOB), Acetic Acid Producing Bacteria (AAPB), and total prokaryotes (TPK). Through the use of this kit in conjunction with the QIAcuity® instrument, users can quantify and monitor microbes associated with microbially influenced corrosion. Contains enough material for 100 reactions.
