(Cat# 100360) The GT-Digital RSV Wastewater Surveillance Assay Kit for the QIAcuity® Digital PCR System comprises a molecular reagent kit containing all primers, probes, and controls for wastewater surveillance of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). Assay solutions and appropriate control are provided for the quantification of RSV. Through use of this kit in conjunction with the QIAGEN QIAcuity® instrument, users can monitor RSV levels and normalize for changes in viral recovery caused by the variable and complex nature of wastewater. Contains enough material for 200 samples. This kit provides an add-on to the GT-Digital SARS-CoV-2 Wastewater Surveillance Assay Kit for QIAcuity® (Cat#100179) and/or the GT-Digital Influenza and SARS-CoV-2 Wastewater Surveillance Multiplexed Assay Kit for the QIAcuity® Digital PCR System (Cat#100305) used to monitor SARS-CoV-2 and Influenza.
